I had the PRK for my enhancement the on my left eye....much different then lasik...longer to recover, I had pain with this where I didn't with the lasik...don't get me wrong..I would still go thru it again!!

I had this done 14 yrs. ago....BEST money I ever spent...Absolutely NO regrets. I since had an enhancement done on my left eye last aug. due to mild changes(after 13yrs) but still recommend it...Best of luck if you go thru with it!! I also went to TLC....they are great!!

I'm also 5'3" and started at 156...now at 120 and just want to maintain.....I want to get more tone..110 is pretty thin, you may look sickly, but I am not here to judge...Best of luck on your journey!!

I am on day 9 of Level 1...highly recommend!! I haven't lost weight, but like the others, I am losing inches!! I really like it because it is quick, but definately work up a sweat!! Good for someone that only has a half hour...

Thanks for sharing this.I was wondering the same thing..REALLY??30 Days straight.? but I am on day 8 now with no break....I am thinking keep going and a 1 day break before starting level 2...I have seen results tho...I really like JM. A little tough but that's what you need!!!
