I don't - my endometriosis gives me severe chronic pain and exercise-inflammation only makes it worse. I'll either wait until NSAIDs work or the pain has gone down.

My working out has gone down since I started grad school. I lift three to four days a week, walk 10,000+ steps five days a week, and HIITs twice a week.

Me too! I'm getting married in eight months. I have no specific number goals. I just want to keep lifting, improving my body composition, and feeling good about what my body can do.

Weighted glute raises/hip thrusts. Squats. Deadlifts. Eat at least 1g protein/1 lb of bodyweight. Weighted glute raises really made the difference for me though.

I log it as a pretty high amount of calories burned - 10 minutes as about 150 calories, since I do my HIITs as sprint training, and you continue to burn calories long after you do HIITs. They're the only exercise calories I log into myfitnesspal that I put higher than what MFP suggests (sprinting/calisthenics/etc), but I…

Chicagoan checking in... I'm surprised Illinois is one of the worst for physical fitness, you'd think with Chicago/the wealthier suburbs, we'd be higher.

They're basically two weeks eating at a caloric surplus and two weeks eating at a caloric deficit. I got incredibly accurate at counting my calories from anorexia so I feel that it''s been an efficient way to recomp.

I've found the only way for me to get to over 100g of protein (I should be eating around 120-130g a day) is to include protein shakes in my diet. There are a number of great brands out there. I live right next to Optimum Nutrition, which I also think is the best tasting. My go-to is two scoops of vanilla protein powder and…

I always am amazed at the people who find it hard to maintain on a vegetarian diet - butter, ice cream, avocados, nuts, oil, chips, cake, simple carbs, and sweets, to name a few, are all vegetarian. My entire family is vegetarian (born and raised) and we all range from normal to overweight. I eat a 60g whey protein shake…

I'm 5'7 and fluctuated between 90 and 135 lbs, graduated at about 110 (recovered anorexic and went into treatment in high school). I think I look better now between 115 and 120 lbs.

I can use all the motivation I can get :) I'm not quite sure that's true about me being further along than you are, the amount of gym-going you're doing is impressive, to say the least! Keto is so much harder than eating clean, especially as a vegetarian.I'm aiming for ~40% carbs, I can't imagine 5%! (which says something…
