It's most likely water weight gain from eating a bunch of salty food. It's hard to gain that much fat in such a short period of time. Cut back on the salt and get in some sweaty workouts.

Yeah, jazz up your routine by finding new exercises to do. Do Zumba, Tae Bo, step, etc. There is a lot of fun stuff to do. Also, cook your proteins in bulk on the weekends and keep them in the fridge. Keep fresh & frozen veggies on hand. That way, when you come home and are tired, all you have to do is zap your protein in…

You CAN'T give up on the logging. That's not the problem. In fact, the logging is HELPING YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE. What are you eating? Are you too low on your calories?
-
Work those pecs and chest muscles to build muscle in that area.
-
Core exercises. Find a good core training tape.
-
You described it as being "a bit" over. I wouldn't worry about it. You'll need it if your doing strength training.

Don't look for excuses. Whether you are religious or not, I don't think the higher power part is enough to make the program ineffective for you. When the higher power comes up, insert whatever you do or don't believe. I've been to an OA meeting and it's just a group of people talking about their experiences.

You're aren't old. :) I'd say start with Leslie Sansone walking tapes and then start to add on. Go to your public library and check out a variety of beginner aerobics tapes. Try a little of everything to see what you like. Remember Jane Fonda? I'm 42 and when I started, I used some of her tapes including her low impact…

You know you're not doing something wrong by creating a plan and following it. You're a woman, the weight gain could be due to your cycle. Are you watching your sodium intake? Are you exercising? Stay within your calories, watch the sodium, get a few good sweaty workouts in and the scale will go down.

You could have naturally tight calves. Have you tried stretching them before and after a workout?
-
Stop thinking that certain foods are bad. You didn't do anything wrong. Put pancakes in your food diary, see the calorie count and for the rest of the day, eat based on what calories you have left. No harm, no foul. You didn't do anything wrong. No food is forbidden. Just count it.
-
Stop seeing certain foods as bad stuff. No food is bad. Practice radical accountability. Log everything you eat and PLAN in a treat every now and then. I plan in Snicker bars (280 cals.) and other treats. I just make sure that it fits into my calories for the day.

Yeah, CA really has crazy regulations and requires the scary label on mostly anything that has chemicals in it or is made from a synthetic material (types of plastic, rubber, etc.).
-
Both workout would be effective. The question is do you want to follow a 90 day program (Body Revolution)?
-
Yeah, EPOC isn't bunk. It's just highly overrated.
-
I say this in a supportive manner. Have you seen a doctor or sought help for a eating disorder? Eating 500-700 calories is extremely low. Are you a vegetarian? I don't see any meat or poultry listed. I also don't see any nuts, avocados, peanut butter, etc. Are you afraid of food?

It's exercise. However you do it will work for you. The basic guidelines are to do it 5-6 days a week. Take a look at a calendar. Pick a day to start and count off ten days. Complete each level within that 10 days. Try to do it 5-6 times within the first 7 days of that period taking 1-2 rest days. Then keep doing the same…

If your religion is important, why feel bad about it? Different people believe different things. You have every right to value your spiritual path. He has every right to value his (or lack thereof). What is wrong with just accepting that you are two people who want different things in life. This is a big red flag. Why walk…

I've done fasts before. Mankind has been fasting for spiritual/physical reasons for thousands of years. Fasting has many benefits.

Do you have a hard time making friends? At 19, you should have school, sports, clubs, groups, volunteer work, etc to keep you involved in life. Food is one of life's pleasures, but you should make an effort to expand your borders. :) Have you tried meetup dot com? It's a great, low commitment way to get out of the house,…

Getting out of breathe is a good thing. It means you're working hard. Reframe how you see your exercise experience. Start small and perhaps find a physical activity that you like doing. There are a lot of "fun" type exercise out there.

Are you tracking your food, counting calories, working out consistently?
-
I like the scale. It's a simple way to track progress. I have no emotional connection to the number. My seeing the number go up or down, I can track my progress. People with a lot of weight to lose kinda have to watch the scale. If you're 300 lbs and trying to get to 150 lbs, the tape measure is not enough. Instead of…
