Tonight I'm going to a sports bar and grill, that I don't care for, I'm ordering their "grilled" chicken breast sandwich, but no bun, and I'm getting a side of steamed veggies instead of the fries. Depending on where we are going, if its somewhere I love, I will order what I want and eat a smaller portion!

I'm 5'3, currently around 125...but thinking 120 would be okay. I REALLY want to be under 20% body fat...that is my main goal!

Congratulations!!! How did you start? I just recently tried running and did fine the first week, then hurt my knee : ( So not sure what I'm doing wrong.

This!! I find I eat a lot at work or at night while watching TV....try lots and lots of water, also chew gum...gives your mouth something to do, and anything you can find to keep your hands busy...clean the house, pull weeds etc....

Try to eat more calorie dense foods, peanut butter, avacado etc....a small amount can add more calories and not fill you up to where your feeling stuffed...since you eat so little now....

I don't think so....how much protein? Probably water weight....I'd make sure to drink a lot of water today....

Pregnancy? Def get your thyriod re-checked, mine was all out of whack after I lost weight at first...and I started having same issues!

I'm getting them in July. Already talked to a Dr, its going to run around 6k...but depending on where you live might me more or less...everyone I know that has them or anyone I've talked to loves them... **I'm also done having kids and nursed both mine** I swear they have shrunk and I had nothing to begin with : (

I eat it almost every day ...today I tried "refrigerator oatmeal" wasn't a fan, but maybe because I used plain greek yogurt?

I would get what you want, but eat in moderation....like a couple bites of this, one of those etc. I hate going to restraunts and gettign something I might not like just because its less calories...just eat less of what you want....and have LOTS of salad first, but get dressing on the side!
