I've been Hypo and on synthroid since 2002. I have an apt with an endo tomorrow. I feel horrible and have for years but they keep saying "you're in the normal range" I'm staring myself gluten free to see if that helps. Can anyone advise if you have had luck with this change?

I try to drink at least 4 liters a day...I can tell a huge difference in how I feel, and look (skin etc)

Nothing replaces PB creamy goodness, however to mix in stuff (shakes, oatmeal etc) I use PB2, you can find it in organic section of grocery store or Amazon!

Mine is open to my friends, what does make me accountable is when I complete it for the day...people usually comment, but I've never gotten mean comments...

The only time I get burns close to 500...450? Is when I do a spin class or Kosama...High Intensity work out group fitness classes. I wear a HRM with a strap, I never go by what any machine or MPF says...as they both guestimate me much higher than what my HRM says.

Its taken me a LONG time to work up to being able to do a decent amount of push ups, I think my max is 16. I do a ton of planks, and burpees...plus weights, I think just building up your muscles and core help a lot...I never do them on my knees....because usually the floor is hard and it super uncomfortable on my knees....

If I go after work I have make up on. If I go in the morning no I don't. I have actual work out pants/colorful sports bra, and normally a black tank top...that is my outfit every time. I've went in baggy shirts and I feel the shirt gets in my way. Sweatpants, go up my butt during squats and such, very uncomfortable LOL IF…

Hmmm I'm not sure for what exercise to do...maybe just sit down and do arm weights, lay down and do leg raises etc...something that doesn't put pressure on your ankle but still allows you to do some sort of exercise... Night time is such a nightmare for me too. I do great all day then I get home and eat, eat, eat. I've been pre-logging all my food the night before, snacks, lunch, dinner etc. I drink 3 liters of water a day I try to save 50-100 calories for a snack at night...however I find munching on lower calorie foods help, carrot…
