  • Find a workout that you LOVE and look forward to! I used to be the same way until I found my current workout. Now I get nine kinds of grumpy if someone interrupts my workout, phone and fb included! lol
  • Another option rather than increasing your cals (which will probably be necessary after you start working out) is to increase your carbs some.   • I also don't have any good befores and I'm not done yet, but I went from an apple to pear shape FROM lifting and lifting HEAVY. Give it a try, what do you have to lose but some body fat? :)
  • Do you have a heart rate monitor?
  • I have used a personal trainer a few times but honestly never felt like it was worth the money. I learned more and got more results using ChaLean Extreme and weights at home. Cheaper in the long run too, esp if you already have home gym stuff. I have a FB accountability group that keeps me motivated and on track.
