I can say that I love it and hate it at the same time. I love the results - lost inches but hate that they scale has now gone up. I know it is muscle but I still want to see the scale go down. Plyometric cardio circut! I made it all the way through the first three sets of the first circut.....pretty proud. Still struggling to make it all the way through the second circut
