Also the front pic is from week one to week seven. My week nine picture was super blurry so I didn't post it.

I lost 6.5 pounds, 4.5% body fat and a total of 26.5 inches. I lost 4 inches off my hips, 4 inches off my waist and 4 inches off each thigh and then the rest just fell off the rest of the areas :)

Today was Max Cardio & Insane Abs. A long 80 minutes but I pushed through. Hard to believe I only have 10 more workouts and then I am done Insanity. Best program I have ever done

I drink lemon/lime water daily between 2 and 3 litres (just under 1 gallon). Would I say it has helped me with weight loss I would say No but it makes the water taste better.

I'm 11 workouts away from finishing. I have only lost 3 pounds but my body fat has gone from 27% to 23%. I have also lost a ton of inches. Its a great program

I just got the polar ft4 and love it. It is simple to use and works great. I also have a fit bit I wear it all the time to seesaw much walk durning the day plus some days it gives me more calories burned which is great to see :).
