I would like to join as well- I need some motivation! Current weight: 141 Goal Weight: 135 I plan to work out 6 days a week: strength train with cardio M/W/F and just cardio T/T/S I'm hoping to be able to run a 5k in June- so that is my goal! Thanks for the idea!
