You're forgetting the fact that a calorie surplus will help you gain muscle on top of training. At 2200 calories, about 6'0 no gains will be made bro.

Look into Layne Norton's PHAT for hypertrophy/strength. Similar to PHUL in some ways.

No need to eat excess calories if no workout/exercise is involved. The longer the weight gain, the less fat you will gain. 1-2lbs per month is more realistic for leaner gains. Forever bulking crew here so I'm bulking at a slow pace.

Totally agree with the pushups and pullups. It's the groucho walks and the super skaters made me think it was just silly for my personal goals. As far as doing both, you can always modify those body weight exercises with machines and or DB's/BB's. However switching to chest to back then to chest to back isn't an ideal…

I tried it by strategically scheduling each muscle groups. Basically giving 2-3 days rest(which was optimal for me) per muscle group. After 2 weeks of doing it, it was just redundant and I rather lift at the gym. I hated doing the body weight exercises to the point I kept on skipping it. Eventually cut out p90x because it…

Protein is an important macro nutrient and no it is not bad to drink more shakes. I wouldn't just use it as a majority of your diet. Make a protein shake consisting of milk,banana,pb and some oats if it fits your macros. Adjust accordingly.

I like the s10s than the new s11. it seems smaller plus you can get it cheaper. only issue is that it's not too loud, but most songs are loud enough to cancel outside noises.

I would make sure you're eating at the right caloric deficit. Eating at very low calories yields results, however your metabolism will eventually palteau. Thus making your caloric deficit next to poverish levels. Eat more(atleast -200 from your TDEE), train harder, zig zag calories are some ways to keep your metabolism…
