  • It usually happens to me when I am about to lose big.So I usually excercise like crazy,so I can eat like crazy.Then I go back to my normal eating and excercising.

  • Recently I sprinkled a little brown sugar over the peaches,grilled them, tossed them in a salad with goat cheese and balsalmic reduction.Super yummy. I also like peaches in fruit salad,or in a plain cereal like bran with some cinnamon.

  • I love swimming,it is fun and burns so many calories,Don't forget to bring a water bottle.Sometimes people forget because they are in a pool,but you are working hard in there.Good luck! Tell us how you did later.
  • Is swimming an option for you? It doesn't have to be strenious,but it would get you moving and be non-weight baring.

  • I use the whole wheat or multi.As far as prtion control: I too love pasta. I also love spinach. I find that putting a cup or too of raw spinach on my plate ,under my pasta doesn't change the taste too much and makes me feel like I am eating more pasta then I am. Good luck!
  • You got me thinking. I just changed mine to very active. I'll see what happens. If adding calories for activity helps me lose,I will keep it. If I gain I know I don't have the right level. Maybe you could play with your level, as well?
