  • Finished, and boy did I work up a sweat. I also did some lunges, hand walks, planks, side planks and push-up negatives too, so there is that to consider. Thanks for the challenge! I like it!!

  • I have had the Polar FT4 and love it. I like that it not only gives me the HR but the estimated calories burned for my workouts. No matter whether I am on the eliptical, doing an Aqua fit class or strength training I can see my kcal estimate to put into the MFP exercise section. I highly recommend this.

  • It is true you are gaining water right now but it will quickly change to an exchange of fat for muscle if you stick with it. Only use the scale once a month then once a week after about 8 weeks.
