I eat a can of tuna, triscuits (or 45 calorie bread toasted), raw spinach with a few sprays of wishbone salad spritzers, and weight watchers 50cal string cheese.

I think it's pretty common, and from what I have heard from others it seems to help. My day is friday.

I use celery and add a few sprays of wishbones salad spritzer (italian). Only 1 calorie per spray.
