Dont give up! It does get easier! My legs were so wobbly the first day!!! I dont do it every day but at least three times a week mixed in with other things. If you cant do all the moves just modifiy them a bit; at least thats what I have done till I get stronger :blushing: It is worth the effort!

I have the dvd, I am still trying to make it through work out one! I would say that it works! I am getting stronger and still loosing weight and inches. I do agree that eatting right has alot to do with it as well. But I do like the workout and suggest it to anyone willing to get your butt kicked...lol

Thats what I should do, buy a kick boxing video! I got mad at my scale yesterday. I know that your weight will fluctuate but it still made me mad, so I exercised twice as hard and long just to say screw you to my scale.... so maybe the kickboxing would be a great relase as well.:bigsmile:

my kids usually avoid most of the "diet" food that I eat but when they see me take that out they turn into major moochers:laugh: . I just keep in mind that by sharing I am not eating as many calories!!! :bigsmile:
