You'll want to use half a small spoon in 8oz water. I like to premix a bottle for the day and sip on it. So about one to one and half spoons for a 32oz bottle.

The Herbal Tea is awesome. It will replace your caffeinated beverages. Also it boosts your metabolism and gives you energy without a crash. I sip on it all day in addition to lots of water. Brittany

I use Herbalife products. Healthy Meal shakes, Multivitamin, Herbal Tea, Total Control, Cell Activator, Celluloss, Aminogen, Thermobond, and protein bars. Tuna, red bell pepper slices, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cucumbers, spinach, romaine, and dressing. Or ground beef (with taco seasoning), black beans, salsa, avocado, lime juice, romaine, cheddar cheese.

Train when you can. Early in the AM before work will make your day that much better. I train around my busy schedule and try to make it to my classes.

I only tan in the sun when I am exercising outside or at the pool/beach. I like men with brown skin tone but I don't think it is cute when lighter guys tan on purpose.
