  • We've had a Cuisinart Griddler for years and its great. Lays flat to use as a griddle or grill, sandwiches to make a Panini press.
  • Some people have a little trouble moving from 'analogs' to vaping. There are other chemicals in a normal cigarette that are addictive besides nicotine, including some that act as MAOIs. If you have trouble feeling satisfied, you could look into WTA (whole tobacco alkaloid) e juice. They make the juice using all alkaloids…
  • Check out www.tasteyourjuice.com This guys does reviews but also has some good getting started pages. I also recommend http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/ . Good revies from actual users and good information to help you get started.

I'm sure many will disagree, but these kinds of problems are often caused by under-used muscles that need to be trained. Corrective footwear just masks the problem (or can create it if someone with the wrong gate buys the…
  • Check out Chi Running. It really is important to have good form when you run to prevent injury. I haven't been doing the Chi Running for long (am still learning and practicing) but it has greatly reduced my knee pain already by improving my running form and posture. Hip pain while running is often caused by landing the…
  • railroad... I have to say it in two parts to get it even close, like rail--road. Otherwise it comes out sounding like rareroad.
  • I WAS about to invest in a Timex HRM and I DID see this! Thank you all so much for helping me save some money!
