HCG is the hormone produced while pregnant. It causes the body to use fat storage to feed a BABY. Not having said baby in the body only recirculates the fat in your body. The reason you lose weight is ONLY due to the fact that you eat 500 calories a day. In essence your body thinks you are a starving pregnant woman??!! SO…

I am inactive but not my choice. I have asthma and it has been really bad the last few years. I am NOT used to only doing low impact exercises and oftern push myself too hard. (which makes me go down for days recovering.) Do you have any ideas for low impact exercises besides walking and swimming??

my friend has one of these. Word of caution. It WILL record steps while you are driving because it is being moved around. Just keep that in mind.
