Sounds like you are holding on to water for muscle repair. I would suggest staying away from the scale if its going to affect you negatively!! I think your body will adjust and it wont be so bad in the future if you stay consistant. Make sure your drinking alot of water :)

I just want to point out that you will be dropping below 1200 calories. 1200 calories is already a low number and going any lower puts you at a very high risk for starvation mode!!
