  • Thanks myastyme! I do watch the carbs. I fall pretty well there. It's really only the sugar that looks pretty high most days. I have been eating very well for the past 4 weeks, I'm gonna try to increase my cal's though, some days I just don't eat enough, which I know isn't good.

  • Yes, I've tried diet soda's but I cannot stand the taste and aftertaste. Thankfully I've never been one to drink soda too often. I will try some yogurts with lower sugar and such. Glad to know I'm not the only one going over... But I will be checking everything for now on!

  • So far I love them. I have Power Sculpt and Cardio Max and have been doing them for 3 weeks now. I have noticed alot of toning from the power sculpt and the cardio max is a challenge. I'm doing lvl 2 on both of them now, and wow, I feel it!
  • I've been going back and forth between BL cardio max and BL power sculpt. I've been doing them 5 days a week. Cardio one day and Power Sculpt the next. This is the start of my 3rd week. So far I love the 2 dvd's. I just started lvl2 yesterday!! WhooHoo. And it kicked my butt!

  • I just got one last week also and really LOVE it!!! I work out at home and had no way of knowing how many cal's I was burning!!! This thing is AWSOME. I love using it with my dvd's!
  • Just had to reply! I LOVE Tae-Bo too! I have a TON of his DVDs. I did the amp'd workout the other day and am still sore from it! LOVE IT... I was also interested in finding out how many calories we burn doing it..
