30 Day Shred~ Anyone up for it?
I started Jillian's 30 day shred yesterday and am going to try my hardest to do the complete 30 days! I am at a small plataue and need to 'shred' my last 10 pounds or so. Anyone else doing this workout video? Any results from people that have completed this?? Any info/comments greatly appreciated! Good luck to us all!

Drinking Water While Doing Cardio DVD's
I always seem to be soooooo thirsty WHILE working out. I keep a big glass of water beside me and drink it all pretty much WHILE working out. Is this normal? Does anyone else have a hard time keeping your sugar lvls down? I didn't realize how much sugar is in EVERYTHING until I started logging my food into MFP. I really don't even eat too many sweets. How often do you all weigh yourself?
Just curious, and I'm sure it's been posted, but I can't seem to find it.... How often should I weigh in?? I have been doing it every few days, and that's a little depressing sometimes. Should I do it once a week? Thoughts/ Ideas/ Advice greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Jess
