The scale is a double edged sword. I used to weigh myself upto 4 times a day, but thats not an accurate representation of your weight loss. In that situation, I would personally work out, atleast some cardio but not be too much under calorie intake, eat some vegetables or fruit. My new favorite are red delicious apples :-) have a glass of milk, or some toast and penut butter (protein) after you work out :-) Good luck

Hmn Small Things, like McDonalds? Lol, I believe my biggest weakness is that I hate to workout alone, and when I don't have that someone telling me to stay on track, then it is very difficult, especially when your in a hurry and that $1 cheeseburger just seems so convenient.
