I logged it when I went to the Ren Fair and walked around for at least 6 hours straight. I logged 4 at 2 mph because we really were walking around a majority of the time. Now while I did log it I didn't eat back all the calories, I just didn't feel abd about splurging on the mint chocolate chip ice cream ;)

I also had trouble finding time to work out so I ended up having to make the time. I now get up at 430am 5 days a week and hit the gym for an hour before anyone else in my house is up. I roll out of bed and head straight for the gym, but right now I am only doing cardio. If I eat beforehand I feel sick and heavy so I just eat within an hour after I finish my workout. I might have to change that when I start strength training, but then I'd have to get up even earlier and I already get up at 430 lol.

I was craving cucumber slices earlier. I don't think all cravings are bad, I think they are the body telling you that you are missing something (like a vitamin or more protein or something along those lines) and if you think about what you are craving then you can figure out what you need.

My oldest has ADHD and after trying a bunch of different meds we have settled on concerta with a Ritalin booster in the afternoons.
