Don't lose hope. I have been at this since February '12 and lost 40 lbs so far. In my first month I did not lose much more than you just said you did. If you exercise you should try to eat more. You log your exercise and you get extra calories to "enjoy". If you eat too few calories your body may put you into starvation…
