I like the name too! I took the May squatters challenge and added push ups and crunches to it! I do cardio 3 times a week on average aside from daily walking 15-30 minutes. I'm going hard this month. I really want a healthy BMI! Good luck everyone!

I was a little discouraged because when I initially weighed in I was up 9 pounds, but its dropping back down fairly quickly. Down Over 6lbs this week. I feel really great and I'm very motivated! I have been keeping up. I feel great! My thighs hurt so GOOD! Lol. I have incorporated push ups and crunches right along with the squats.

I tend to go for Sugar-free gelatin (black cherry is my favorite). With fat free Reddi Whip. 10-15 calories depending on the brand of gelatin. Walmart brand is great!:tongue:

I have a 14 year old with the same issue. My 10 year old daughter is not far behind. I make sure they eat breakfast in the morning. They are very picky when it comes to school lunch so often they may not eat until they gets home. My husband and I grill lots of Chicken, and turkey products over the weekend and leave it in…

I am on a high protein/low carb diet plan and I have found that sugar free jello helps satisfy my cravings and it's low calorie.
