Awesome! That is a LOT of steps. I'm lucky if I hit my 6k goal (I'm getting better though!) :D I usually wait til my body needs them. Last time I planned rest days, I had energy and motivation those days and the days I needed to exercise I was exhausted. So planning them definitely doesn't work out for me.
