I LOVE Fit N Active double chocolate protein bars, get them at Aldi. 190 calories, fills you up and oh so chocolatey. I eat them after I work out for the protein boost....I like the 100 calorie snacks too. I keep them in my desk at work.

Complete agreement there...I HATE the treadmill...killer on my knees, but now that I am down 23lbs total, I am making myself do 30 minutes at the end of my workout....plug in the headphones and watch the cooking channel ...lol

good for you, but people with health issues like Diabetes, kidney, or heart probs gotta watch carbs and potassium

Sometimes you have to go back in order to go foreward, at least thats what I've been reading. I have been on a plateau for 2 weeks, and have been cheating. So its time for me, too to start being good and diligent again. Good luck!

You could always freeze it in single servings. It wont go to waste, ans you can treat yourself every now and then. I do that when we make homemade pizza, because we all like something different. That way I can have pizza once a week on my own terms.

Check the menue. I was there last week and they do have some <500 cal dinners. You could also ask for the senior portion, as they are usually smaller. Enjoy!!!

I, too am a label reader. It really does make you more conscious of what you put in your mouth. Me, I am addicted to chocolate, so, because I don't consume enough protien daily, I have started buying the double chocolate protein bars. FitN Active have 10g of protein, 180 calories, and satisfy me for quite a while.

If you want a cookie, have a cokie. If you deprive yourself, then you will eat 1 DOZEN cooies!!!
