I like a protein "milkshake." In a blender, combine 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup of milk (cow, soy, almond, it doesn't matter what you use), and 1/2 cup frozen cherries or frozen blueberries. It is rich, delicious, and satisfying. You can increase the quantity of milk and fruit, just use equal parts.
