I try doing something different each day than what got me to this overweight place. Even if it is 5 mins of activity. I always feel better.

mission whole wheat flour tortilla, 1 Tbls peanut butter and a banana rolled up...YUM! Sticks till lunch. I tried it with the 1/3 less fat Laughing COw strawberry cream cheese spread also. Liked the peanut butter better.

Hi there...I am in. I got it out today and did not make time to start. Plugging in on here was a victory for me. Tomorrow morning I will be starting. Let's do this. I have a wedding end of May and I want to feel and look HOT!
