My husband is not a fan of veggies so I just puree them and hide them in whatever I can. Sauces are great for this!! Especially tomato-based sauces for pasta. Smoothies are another great way.

I hear you! I come home from a high-stress job to two young (and high energy!) kiddos. The last thing I feel like doing at that point is exercising. I recently joined a fitness challenge group and I'm hoping that the accountability and group support help me to stay motivated and on track. Best of luck to you!!
