I'll get there one day! I've logged in every day since I joined February 2!

I made this last night using unsweetened almond milk and chocolate fudge pudding mix (SF/FF)...O.M.G. was it yummy! I also bought SF/FF butterscotch and cheesecake puddings to try. Can't wait! LOL

Bump!

I log every day as well. I actually like holding myself accountable for what I eat. It's the only way I've been successful.

Thanks for this post! I usually scan my wine into MFP from my phone. Cabs usually register between 110 and 125 calories per 5 ounce glass. I like this post much better! haha

Count everything. And, my suggestion is to never consider it "punishment." This isn't a diet, it's a life change. Yes, I know, we've heard it all before, but if you're serious about getting healthier, that's the way to go. If you don't count everything you eat, you're truly cheating yourself. There was a time when I…

Folks will tell you to eat back those exercise calories so your body will burn them off. It doesn't make sense to me, but it seems to work, as tons of people preach it as gospel. Just sayin'

Exactly. My Silver Palate Thick & Rough oatmeal is 150 calories for 1/3 cup (before cooking). I only use water and then add cinnamon, a few blueberries and maybe some walnuts for some good fat and protein. It's a great portion for right around 200 calories.

Some great stuff here!

The fact that it has 290 calories would probably keep me from ordering it.

Very cool...thanks for posting!

If you enter your exercise in, MFP should help you calculate and "tell" you how many calories you have left for the day. I'm usually under my 1200 cal/day allotment as well. However, once I start exercising more regularly, I'll probably eat back most of my exercise calories...cuz I get real surly when I'm hungry! haha

I've wanted to try Greek yogurt, but the higher calorie content has dissuaded me from doing so. Are there any lower calorie Greek yogurts out there I should try?

By the way, drinking pickle juice during cramping will alleviate the cramps almost immediately. I know it sounds weird, but it works!

As long as it fits within my calorie goals, I'll have a glass or two once or twice a week (more on weekends), and I log each glass.

A banana and Dannon Cherry Light & Fit yogurt.

Oooh, these sound good. MUST try! =)

I've been eating Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones and the Kashi steam meals, and I've had some success with weight loss. Of course, I usually only eat them for dinner, too. I also LOVE the Morningstar Lasagna...but most of their other stuff is loaded with calories. The lasagna is under 300 and pretty good on other nutrients as…

It's pretty easy, actually. My mom and I have been experimenting and I think she has them down pretty much perfectly. * Rinse kale bunch. * Peel the kale from the woody stems into bite size pieces. * Spread on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. * Drizzle with olive oil - a little goes a long way. * Sprinkle your…

During the week, if I eat at home I eat a banana and a Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt. On the weekends, I do either Special K cereal or a Jimmy Dean De-Lites english muffin thingy. If I eat breakfast at work during the week, I'll have either oatmeal with blueberries, golden raisins and walnuts or a one egg, two egg white omelet…

I agree completely. It's surprisingly easy to replace salt with other spices and your food will actually be more flavorful!
-
I've found most of the Special K cereals to be pretty tasty, especially Cinnamon Pecan and Vanilla Almond. Of course, I love regular Cheerios, too!

I log everything as well. I think my work friends hate it, but it's working for me, so I'm gonna keep it up!
