I bought this same sports watch. I have only had it for 2 days now. The chest strap actually works just fine. I don't have a large bust (36C) so it fits fine. My heart rate always seem to be a bit off though. I can't get the watch to count calories!! So frustrating. It looks as if I have to run the timer to get it to count…

I AGREE!!! I eat a lot of chicken and vegatables (steamed) for dinner and I can load up on the veggies and I feel satified afterwards!

I love to have green smoothies! Spinach, (steamed) carrots, 1/2 banana, and strawberries!! Yummy! It will turn green due to the spinach but you can't taste it!! Tastes like a strawberry and banana smoothie! :)

I was am in the same boat! I decided NOT to get on the scale as often as I was. My clothes are loose so that is a sign that I am doing something right! FORGET NUMBERS! IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE LOOSING INCHES, THEN GO WITH IT. GOOD LUCK :)
