It has never occurred to me to question it. I have always weighed the uncooked and made up recipes. But I can see how it cause confusion. Maybe if you specify raw or cooked when you search the database. I will be looking at that next time!

Well done on your 11lbs! I agree with last post, you may need to let her do it her way and when she asks for help or advice be ready with a friendly smile. She won't be able to sustain the calories for that long and will work out what is good to eat and what not. You are doing a great job though!

I would imagine that as long as you do the same thing each time you will have comparable results. It doesn't make any difference who does what as long you do your thing each time. for me it is the mayo. Other than that I am quite good, But the one that shocked me was the calories in green tea with lemon. I entered it in to my diary and it came up with 30 cals! Not nice enough to waste 30 cals on! :ohwell:

Oh that is nothing! The easter egg stash called me today and I succumbed! I have had to log extra cals and had no time to exercise either and to add to the problem I had lots of people for tea and they all demanded a micro sponge and custard for afters as well!
