Anything is possible if you believe. I started on my weight loss journey at the age of 43. I have lost a total of 54lbs. I still have 25lbs to go to get to my goal weight of 125. I haven't weighted what I weight now since I was in my late 20's. You just have to want it.

I used to love the snow. Now not such a big fan. Shoveled twice on Monday, got about 4 inches. Snowed all day today and have another 6 inches. At least I got to work from home today and maybe tomorrow too. Snow is great exercise burned 300 calories Monday and 200 today.

I fell off the wagon in November and I am having a tough time getting back on. I am working really hard at getting back on the wagon. I have to go back to the doctor in February to have my blood sugar checked. Don't want to go back on my medication.

I always buy plain. The fruit added ones have to much sugar. I add my own fruit to the plain ones, my favorite add in is fresh pineapple or fresh blueberries.

I will be logging all my food. I plan on working out in the morning and eating a good breakfast. I am making part of the meal so I will make it as healthy as I can. Also planning on eating lots of veggies and some salad. I don't plan on overindulging.
