Being diagnosed diabetic.

July 2011 when I was diagnosed diabetic. Earlier that year my dad had a stroke, mostly caused due to be diabetic. I decided that wasn't going to happen to me. I started at 200lbs and am now 150lbs. I still have a ways to go. I was able to get off my medication in April of 2012 and I refuse to go back on it.

Make sure you are drinking enough water, also I find when I have the urge to eat and am not hungry, I chew on gum. I eat when I get bored so chewing gum really helps me. But I understand how you feel, I get out of my routine on the weekend also. I have a really hard time on the weekends staying under my calories.
