Take a Zumba class. I love it and burn a ton of calories doing it. It is so much fun I forget that I am exercising. Just try one class and see what you think.

July 2011 SW 200 I am 5ft. CW 154 GW 130 Diagonosed diabetic, starting watching carb intake and portion size. In February 2012 added in exercise. I have lost 46 lbs and feel amazing. If I can do it you can do it. I hated exercise now I can tell when I don't. You can add me if you want.

Get a heart monitor, that is your most accurate way to tell. One day I burned only 429 for 60 minutes. The next week I burned 519 for 65 minutes. It all depends on how high impact you go.

Kim, I hate exercise but have been doing it for over 2 months now. The burn is a good thing. Switch up your routine a little so you aren' working the same thing everyday, that helps. But for someone who hates exercise I feel amazing after I am done exercising. I just went on a short vacation and even figured out how to…
