You definately don't need to lower your calories! You don't want to sent your body into starvation mode where it will begin to store fat.

I didn't get a chance to do my 25 squats and 25 jumping jacks yesterday. I was in the ER with my son but I made up for it today. I have done 50 squats and 50 jumping jacks. I also want to increase my amount to 50 each. I think 25 for me is too little. Have a great weekend guys. Go Ravens!!!

I am making sure that I exercise at least 30 min a day and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I plan to do 25 squats and 25 jumping jacks a day this week and I have signed up for the team challenge.

Sorry this is late: Tuesday: 331 (30 day shred) Wednesday 465 (walking 3.5 mph for 63 min) Thursday: no workout :( Sorry guys pulled a muscle and decided to rest.) I have not been able to plan my meals this week. I really need to go grocery shopping!!

Consistency is the key and balance. I made up in my mind that I have to exercise no matter how tired I may be.
