It looks like everyone pretty much answered your question...Do everything in moderation. For me if I want it and it fits into my caloric goal i have it. If it takes me over, then it means i have to choose between a longer workout or the treat especially if it is really high in calories. You have to see what works for you.…

My personal trainer advised that you should drink half of your body weight (in ounces) of water a day, so for instance if you weigh 140 lbs, you should drink 70 oz of water a day. This is hard to do and I am still working up to it.

Snacks and lunch is my biggest issue...it seems like they are my down fall and I am really focusing on those two aspects this week. I also notice that when I am frustrated or something is on my mind, I tend to want to snack then. I really don't understand how those two go together but somewhere along the way I picked up…

I really need to find some low calorie snacks. It seems that my snacks are more than my meals which suck. I think my metabolism has picked up because it seems that I am hungry a lot more than normal these past 2 weeks. I gotta figure this thing out!!!!:grumble:

This week I haven't been eating well at all. I have been eating out a lot at work due to me having to go in early. I am hoping to get back on track next week but the good thing is I have been working out everyday. I do feel that I am getting stronger but I know my weight loss could get a lot better if I had planned meals…
