Daily: Fuits, veggies and meat mainly chicken. Weekly: red meat once or twice same for bread..lots of chicken, fish at least once a week. Oh and bread maybe 3 times a week. I don't eat lots of dairy. Drink tons of water..maybe a coke on the weekends. Pretty boring meals really.
