I remember being weighed at WW the first time and the leader looking at me strangely, she then asked me to get off the scales and get back on. Apparently, I didn't 'look' like I weighed that much, she was shocked.

I'm 5' 4 and my goal is currently set at 140lbs (10 stone) the top end of normal for my height. I was previously really happy at this weight though I will re-assess when I get there. I try and aim for 7lbs at a time so I don't get too disheartened when I look at the large number of lbs I have to lose.

Hi I'm from Yorkshire please feel free to add me. I try and plan ahead with my dinners sometimes even a couple of weeks ahead. I am the heaviest I have ever been and never felt so awful, though I have started to feel better since starting to use this site and slowly starting to eat better and exercise more.

just done level 1 day 1 and I can honestly say I am shattered. I used to do body pump, a one hour class 3 times a week, and this feels as intense as the first time I did body pump (I had to stop because of my knees and wrists hurting, I was scared I would drop the weights).
