I'm on day 25 and all weekend felt the slump, but we'll all push through together. Yesterday to help get through the slump I stood in front of the mirror and took some before pictures to motivate myself. Have you tried weight watchers ice cream cups? Very tasty and the one I tried was only 170 calories.

I'm going to buy a swimsuit and learn how to swim because my boyfriend wants to go to Hawaii or the Bahamas and I always said no because I couldn't swim and wouldn't be caught dead in a swimsuit. I cannot wait!!!

The first week I felt hungry but I wouldn't eat and the feeling went away. now I"m wondering if I really was hungry, or I was bored. Maybe I was hungry but my body is adjusting to less calories because I don't feel hungry anymore. And if I find myself getting "antsy" for something to eat, I'll have water and go for a walk…

I have wii fit, fit plus, ea active, fitness coach, walk it out, and just dance. I haven't used just dance yet, I like walk it out the most right now because I can walk, jog, or dance to the music and unlocking things gives you something to do. I try to walk it out for at least 45 minutes a day.

I know exactly how you feel, my belly looks pregnant too. Have you tried Pilates? I've heard its good for the midsection because its focusing on your core so your back and stomach muscles are getting worked on. Of course I'm too lazy to try Pilates, so can't tell you if it works or not. Good luck!
