45, 5ft 1.5" and this morning I weighed 157.4, I started on MFP at 172 went down to 152 and back up to 160. Working my way back down 1 pound at a time so my current goal is 156. I weigh every day, the fluctuations are interesting. But I'm trying to ignore the fluctuations and focus on getting the body fat percentage down instead. But I don't log the weight on MFP unless it goes down.

For me it is smaller portions and walking at least 10,000 steps a day.

I'm 5' 1" My wii said my weight should be 116, pfft! I started MFP at 172, my streeeeeeeeetch goal is 125 but I'd be happy with 140.

I'd prefer to buy, but the rent on my house is about half of what my mortgage payment would be if I bought. It depends on what you really want and your financial situation. Unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck and will probably never be able to buy because I can't save up enough for a down payment.

I love mine, it's fun to track your progress throughout the day, I especially like challenging myself to do more flights of stairs. And I like how the website organizes all your data. I also like how it encourages you by "talking".

I'm going to do day 3 tonight, I can't feel it in my stomach either, but my legs are dying. I love doing the squats with the punching though.

I like the idea of starting over with weights after you make it through. I like the wii boxing but this sounds like more of a workout.

I try to do it in the morning before work, but it's really hard to decide not to sleep in instead. But it is only 20 minutes and you'll be starting the day with extra food calories to eat which really helps motivate me.

I wouldn't worry about it, not logging seems to be working for you. I think what is more important is that you seem to be disciplined at what you are eating. I have no discipline so logging helps me with that. Congrats on losing 25!

I am the exact same way with Diet Pepsi! I'd like to not drink it because of the artificiality of it but I don't like drinking water even if I flavor it. Also my daily calorie allotment is too low to be able to drink a regular soda. I did stop drinking soda for awhile and felt tons better but then I started up again. When…

I agree with Carl, I think the sugar values are set too low by MFP. If I have a glass of nonfat milk it wipes out half of my sugar allotment. Regarding fruit, I think the benefits of the fruit outweigh the sugars.

I would think the one with bra on is the "right" one because I have my bra on more than I have it off.

Mine said 15 as well, I reset it to 25 so I can at least get that much. 15 just seems way too low.

My Wii and my regular scale pretty much always agree with each other. I'm going to stick with the Wii because that's what I started weighing myself with and I also find that voice telling me "That's obese" to be highly motivating. I cannot wait until the day she doesn't say it anymore. :)

I always get something with chicken, like fajitas or chicken carnitas. Skip the cheese, sour cream and the rice. Get black beans instead of refried and corn instead of flour tortillas. I'm not exercising regularly but when I do walking is what I choose. I can usually get over an hour of walking in at work (over lunch and breaks) and then another 40 minutes at home. If it's raining I'll either use Wii Walk it Out or use my rowing machine.
