Just did the Crunch Super Slim Down Yoga-pilates video I found on Netflix view it now, and it kicked my booty!

I never realized how many different exercise videos they had on Instant! Love it :smile:

    I love those workouts the host is great and she has several other workouts on Netflix....there are two SHAPE workouts she does as well. It is great to have a whole variety of different things to choose from isn't it!
