  • My NSV happened last night. I am finally able to wear my wedding ring again!!!!! It has been 6 months since I had to force it off of my fat fingers. This was the happiest moment I have had since starting January this year!

  • I just started yesterday. This is my first time ever trying it. I am committing myself to 30 days too see what kind of results I can get. I took my measurements and I am not going to weigh in or measure until the 30 days are done. I am hoping to post awesome results in 30 days :)
