I struggled with it at the start too, I find that theres really good balance in the program and that the yoga routine is a nice lead in into the legs and back routine on day 5. Ive got lower back issues and I the yoga is better than any visit to the chiropractor that Ive ever had. I know that this is gonna sound corny but…

I guess i should update my goals...so inconsistent. I found MFP after starting p90, thats why my numbers dont jive right now

I restarted p90x on Jan1 this year and finished it in 92 days and lost 25lbs. I am 15 lbs away from my goal but am stronger than i was 10 years ago. IMO this program is well worth the effort. Stick with it!
