  • I made it to the gym for the first time in many years today, and even though I feel sore I'm glad I did it! Most of my exercise so far has been walking the dog (which I'm pretty religious about), but with temps in the single digits for the foreseeable future, I have to go indoors to burn the calories.
  • I don;t have a weight-specific goal in mind, because I don't find those very helpful. I want to keep track of my food intake on here as a way of eating healthier while also getting to the gym at least twice a week (in addition to the walking I do with my dog). I think if I do those two things the pounds should come off!
