I'm in London! The calendar says you're supposed to start on a Monday, but the first day is only a (very hard) fitness test, so maybe you can cheat a bit and do it 100% with us ;) Let's al do it! My housemate is going for it too, she's just not on MPF :)

That's the thing... I've been on forums and found nothing too useful :( I'll track it as 'aerobics high impact', as I don't have a hrm. This is what I've been using for some workouts I do at the gym somehow similar to Insanity and I've been losing weight, getting fitter, and I feel healthy, so it probably works :)

I know, but my gym membership only finishes on the end of the month. I went for a Total Body Workout this morning. I will now use it for sauna and swimming, and try and give my little muscles a rest ;)

Hello Bluecrayonz, I was going to start tomorrow until I realised their calendar is set for you to start on a monday... I guess I'll just do a normal class tomorrow and start monday then... Wanna do it? It's just easier to follow their plan :)

I have no idea of your height/weight, etc, but it sounds like you could be not eating enough calories and your body just holds on to what it's got thinking you're trying to kill it. I'd say this is the most important thing. I quit 6th Feb 2011 and never really thought about it again. Saying that, I had to stop having the morning coffee (because I associated it with a cigarette) so I started having tea, etc etc. Change your habits which you associate with cigarettes. And please please please...…

That's what I've been doing :) Actually, I'll start taking walking AS exercise... Go for walks, once I can't run. If I walk to my boyfriend's house from University, that's 2.4hours walking, so that should be good! :)
