I walk 7 days a week, four miles a day. I do break it up. I walk two miles first thing in the morning and two miles in the evening. I also do strength training for 45 minutes at least three times a week.

I find that I can mistake being hungry and wanting a snack when I'm actually a bit thirsty. Sometimes it's just an oral fixation and you want something in your mouth. I find that crushed ice with a twist of citrus helps me. Quenches my thirst and also gives me the sensation that I am eating something.
