Just started the 30D shred this week and I like it. I am only a little sore. Great way to switch up my exercise this month. This is my October routine then I think I'll start C25K in November

SW:235 CW:224.7 Pounds lost for challenge:10.3 Feeling great having crossed the halfway point to the 20lbs by Christmas goal. I started a new exercise routine with weights and cardio and feel even better. The inches are coming off . Looking forward to a good week. Good luck to everyone!

Week 2 weigh in feeling great! Lost 3.3 lbs this week. SW:235 CW: 225.3 Staying focused and drinking a LOT of water. I had no idea how much fat was in some of my favorite snacks. Now that I am tracking on MFP I see it and am making better choices. Not easy but I am determined!

Bravo. Thanks for sharing. I need to remember how important the sleep aspect is to healthy living. That is the part that is tough for me since I have a tendency to stay up late because the house is quiet after everyone goes to sleep. Congratulations on your success so far!
