  • I had a bad-ish day on Tuesday due to an office birthday party, but I did a really tough workout that night, so I feel vindicated. Last night I didn't go to the gym and just did some push-ups at home and it felt super mediocre. I must get into the gym tonight.

  • I hope I can keep this up! I used to take a class at the gym and during the push-ups the trainer would tell us to get really low. He would say "smell the dna on the matt and tell me if a man or woman used it before you." His class was so much fun, but he no longer works there, I have a feeling someone complained. haha
