I'm guilty of weighing every day... lost 3lbs (epic for me as I can't seem to lose anything) in P1 and P2 on the first week. Unfortunately, I'm on the third day of P3 and have gained 2 of them back. Feel the pain of this group! I was on the diet for 3 week: first week, I messed up alot of the rules - started a bit too fast without reading the entire book, but followed it diligently for 2 weeks.
